About protection of investments
For the purpose of ensuring rule of law, protection of the right of citizens to freedom of economic activity, protection of entrepreneurship and investments, improvement of the investment climate in the republic and stimulations of attraction of domestic and foreign investments by means of provision of fair, equal legal regime to investors and guarantee of protection of the investments into economy of the Kyrgyz Republic involved with them, being guided by the Decree of Provisional Government No. 1 of April 7, 2010, the Provisional Government of the Kyrgyz Republic accepts this Decree:
1. The provisional government of the Kyrgyz Republic guarantees providing in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of rule of law.
2. Economic activity and entrepreneurship in the Kyrgyz Republic are performed according to the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic and international treaties and agreements which became effective in accordance with the established procedure which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. To foreign and domestic investments according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About investments in the Kyrgyz Republic" the fair, equal legal regime, including guarantees of protection of the investments into economy of the Kyrgyz Republic involved with them is guaranteed and remains.
4. The movement right to liberty in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic is guaranteed to the foreign citizens who are legally staying in the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. The provisional government of the Kyrgyz Republic will provide execution of the obligations which are earlier undertaken by the Kyrgyz Republic within the international treaties and agreements of the Kyrgyz Republic which became effective in accordance with the established procedure.
6. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, local public administrations and local government bodies to take adequate measures on ensuring proper execution of this Decree.
