2. The legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing retail trade through online stores shall address from June 1 to June 30, 2010 in the procedure established by this resolution for registration of online stores in the Trade register of the Republic of Belarus.
Submission to the licensing body of the data confirming registration of online store in the Trade register of the Republic of Belarus in the presence of special permission (license) for retail trade (including alcoholic beverages and tobacco products) and public catering, this resolution issued before entry into force which effective period expires till November 1, 2010 is not required.
