According to Item 2 of the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 01.03.2007 of N 78-p "About the organization of work of the bodies exercising goods control and vehicles by the principle of "single office" during their movement through customs border of Ukraine" we ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for collection, updating and provision in the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of information on completeness of the locations of divisions of customs authorities as the specialists performing sanitary and epidemiologic, veterinary, phytosanitary, radiological and environmental control which is applied.
2. Establish single form of accounting of completeness of the locations of divisions of customs authorities by the specialists performing sanitary and epidemiologic, veterinary, phytosanitary, radiological and environmental control by the principle of "single office" (further - single form of accounting). The single form of accounting is given in appendix to this order.
3. The State Customs Service of Ukraine to provide generalization and provision in the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine to information on completeness of the locations of divisions of customs authorities by the specialists performing sanitary and epidemiologic, veterinary, phytosanitary, radiological and environmental control in form and in the terms determined by this order and also placement it on the Internet on the website of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.
