Chapter 1. General provisions

1) the Credit institution and its branches according to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About banking activity" and this Procedure can open other structural divisions (the centers of bank servicing, Items of money transfer and foreign exchange offices) out of the place of the arrangement.

2) the Centers of bank servicing, money transfer Items (further - structural divisions) open and closed according to the decision (order) of governing body of credit institution and its branches. In the decision (order) on creation of other structural divisions the list of transactions, procedure for storage and from values, sequence number, the address and the reasons of closing is reflected.

The procedure for opening, registration and activities of foreign exchange offices is performed according to the Instruction No. 138 "About procedure for opening, registration and regulation of activities of exchange points of currencies".

3) the Number, the list of positions, job responsibilities of staff of structural divisions are determined by credit institutions and their branches.

4) Credit institutions shall ensure safety of activities of structural divisions and their employees. In case of opening of structural divisions in places where there is no branch of credit institution, they can sign contracts with other credit institutions for cash servicing, storage and collection of values.
