Establish since June 1, 2010 minimum prices of the alcoholic beverage and other alcoholic products with a strength over 28 percent (except for vodka and cognac) for retail sale made in the territory of the Russian Federation or imported on customs area of the Russian Federation for 0,5 of liter of finished goods according to appendix to this order.

2. Minimum price of the alcoholic beverage and other alcoholic products with a strength over 28 percent (except for vodka and cognac) for retail sale poured in consumer pack of other reservoir is calculated in proportion to the minimum price established for 0,5 of liter of finished goods.

3. To administration (Kursak V. A.) bring this order to the attention of heads of territorial authorities of Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation (further - territorial authorities).

4. To territorial authorities to bring this order to executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation.
