2. Declare invalid since April 1, 2010 the resolution of Executive council of State department on regulation of fuel and energy complex under the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Fuel Resources of the Kyrgyz Republic "About rates for electrical energy" No. 194 of December 30, 2009.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on State department on regulation of fuel and energy complex in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic.
