General provisions
1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of collection of collection on social and economic compensation of risk of the population which lives in the territory of observation zone (further - collection).
2. Payers of collection (further - payers) are:
the operating organizations (operators) of nuclear installations;
companies for production and conversion of uranium ores;
the companies which are customers of construction of new nuclear installations or objects for production and conversion of uranium ores.
3. The tax (reporting) period for payment of collection is calendar month.
