Based on Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 19, 1999 "About some measures for price stabilization (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 285
1. Establish marginal maximum selling prices on gases hydrocarbon liquefied fuel for household consumption and road transport (further - the gases liquefied), made by the republican unitary enterprise "Belorusneft production association, Mazyr Oil Refinery open joint stock company, the Polimir plant of Naftan open joint stock company (further - the organizations manufacturers) and intended for realization in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, according to appendix.
Selling prices on the gases liquefied, produced from raw materials supplied by the customer and intended for the subsequent realization to consumers of the Republic of Belarus cannot exceed the selling prices established by this resolution.
2. In case of realization of gases of the liquefied hydrocarbon PBA, PAS brands developed by the organizations manufacturers from own and purchased raw materials, and also raw materials supplied by the customer, the discount in the amount of 30 percent from the selling prices established by this resolution is provided to the organizations which are part of the national production association on fuel and gasification of Beltopgaz.
