1. Approve enclosed:

2) the list of the organizations which are under authority of the Ministry of Communications and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Form Committee of communication and informatization of the Ministry of Communications and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Reorganize public institutions - territorial authorities of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on informatization and communication into public institutions - territorial authorities of Committee of communication and informatization of the Ministry of Communications and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 1 to this resolution.

4. Rename Committee of information and archives of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan into Committee of information and archives of the Ministry of Communications and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. Approve enclosed:

1) the list of public institutions - territorial authorities of Committee of communication and informatization of the Ministry of Communications and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the list of the organizations which are under authority of Committee of information and archives of the Ministry of Communications and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) the list of the organizations which are under authority of Committee on control of automation of the state services and coordination of activities of service centers of the population of the Ministry of Communications and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. To the Ministry of Communications and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take other measures following from this resolution.

7. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

8. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

Regulations on the Ministry of Communications and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan
