In pursuance of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 20, 2010 N 76 "About excise stamps for marking of the Russian Federation imported on customs area of tobacco products" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, N 9, 968) I order to the Art.:

1. Approve:

a) the application form about acquisition of excise stamps (appendix N 1);

b) form of the obligation of the importer of use of excise stamps according to their appointment (appendix N 2);

c) report form of the importer about use of the acquired excise stamps (appendix N 3).

2. To impose control of execution of this order on the first deputy head of FCS of Russia V. M. Malinin.
