1. Approve form of the general register of customs representatives and procedure for its forming (appendix 1).
2. Approve form of the general register of customs carriers and procedure for its maintaining (appendix 2).
3. Approve form of the general register of owners of warehouses of temporary storage, procedure for its forming (appendix 3).
4. Approve form of the general register of owners of customs warehouses, procedure for its forming (appendix 4).
5. This decision becomes effective from the effective date the Agreement on the Customs Code of the Customs Union approved by the Decision of Interstate Council of Eurasian economic community (the supreme body of custom union) of November 27, 2009 N17.
