1. Approve the enclosed list of measuring instruments which checking is performed only by the state regional centers of metrology accredited in accordance with the established procedure in the field of ensuring unity of measurements.

2. The checking signs applied on the measuring instruments or certificates on checking which are drawn up on them about day of entry into force of this Resolution are effective before the termination of term of their action.

3. This Resolution does not extend to the relations arising when checking measuring instruments:

a) applied by federal executive bodies, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military forming and bodies when implementing activities in the field of defense and safety of the state according to the Federal Law "About Defense" and the Law of the Russian Federation "About safety";

b) belonging to the organizations of State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom";

c) the inventories of material means which are in type stored or use for the purpose of civil defense;

d) applied on the Baikonur complex.

e) subject to primary checking according to part 1 of article 13 of the Federal law "About Ensuring Unity of Measurements".

4. This Resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2013.
