About procedure for establishment of requirements to programs in the field of energy saving and increase in energy efficiency of the organizations performing regulated types of activity

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of establishment of requirements to programs of energy saving and increase in energy efficiency of the organizations performing regulated types of activity.

2. Determine that requirements to programs in the field of energy saving and increase in energy efficiency of the organizations performing regulated types of activity with starting date of action in 2010 are subject to establishment within 3 months from the date of entry into force of this Resolution taking into account the following:

1) requirements to programs in the field of energy saving and increase in energy efficiency of the organizations performing regulated types of activity in 2010 are established in the form of target indicators of energy saving and increase in energy efficiency which achievement will be provided with the regulated organization as a result of program implementation, without specifying of values of such indicators;

2) requirements to programs in the field of energy saving and increase in energy efficiency of the organizations performing the regulated types of activity established in 2010 for 2011 - 2012 are subject to adjustment till April 1, 2011;
