This Provision determines procedure for obtaining by divisions by nationality and migration of territorial authorities of internal affairs (further – division on nationality and migration) documents and (or) data, confirmatory that marriage with the citizen of the Republic of Belarus or the foreign citizen or the person without citizenship (further – the foreigner), constantly living in the Republic of Belarus, is concluded by the foreigner only for the purpose of receipt of permission to temporary or permanent residence in the Republic of Belarus (further – permission to permanent residence).
