1. Approve Regulations on procedure for identification of the identity of the foreign citizen or stateless person it (is applied).
1-1. Establish form of the reference confirming the personality of the foreign citizen or the stateless person according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 21, 2010.
