No. 183-185, 655), with subsequent changes, and the Law No. 1134-XIII of April 2, 1997 on joint-stock companies (republished in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2008, 1) the Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova DECIDES: Art. No. 1-4,

1. Approve the Instruction about features of share issues and bonds of banks and approval procedure on their implementation by National Bank of Moldova, according to appendix No. 1.

2. Recognize invalid some regulations of National Bank of Moldova, according to appendix No. 2.
