1. This technical regulation "Requirements to Safety of Lubricants and Special Liquids for Automotive Vehicles" (further - the Technical regulation) extends to lubricants and special liquids for automotive vehicles.
The list of lubricants and special liquids for automotive vehicles is given in appendix 1 to this Technical regulation, according to the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of RK).
2. The technical regulation does not establish the requirement to safety of lubricants and special liquids for sea, railway and air vehicles.
3. The major dangerous factors (risks) which should be avoided in processes of lifecycle of lubricants and special liquids for vehicles are:
