According to the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of December 4, 2009 "About the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Provisional Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides No. 731:

1. Form the Agency on atomic and radiation safety under the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the Agency on atomic and radiation safety under the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To the ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic to resolve organizational, financial and other matters of the Agency on atomic and radiation safety under the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic within the means provided by the republican budget for 2010.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic.
