3. Determine that the Agency according to the address with tailings dams under the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic is legal successor of the Agency on atomic and radiation safety under the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. Declare invalid the Resolution of Provisional Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Agency on atomic and radiation safety under the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 12, 2010 No. 81.
5. This Resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
