- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 4, 2009 No. 731;
- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of December 4, 2009 No. 731 "About the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 26, 2010 No. 115;
- Item 1 of the resolution of Provisional Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Charter of the state company "Spaspromservice" under the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 16, 2010 No. 91;
- Item 3 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Center of preparation and retraining of specialists of Civil protection under the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 9, 2011 No. 35.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
