1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for maintaining the state inventory of waste.
2. To the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection in three-months time to take measures for implementation of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective in three months after its official publication, except for Item 2, of this resolution which is becoming effective from the date of acceptance.
