1. This technical regulation "Requirements to Safety of Additives to Gasolines" (further - the Technical regulation) establishes requirements to safety of additives to gasolines.
2. The technical regulation extends to additives to gasolines which list is given in appendix 1 to this Technical regulation, according to codes of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of custom union (further - FEACN CU).
The additives to gasolines released in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including imported (imported) shall conform to requirements of the Technical regulation.
3. The technical regulation establishes the minimum requirements of safety to all lifecycle of additives to gasolines.
