in view of the conventional principles and rules of international law,

for the purpose of ensuring customs regulation on single customs area of custom union

agreed as follows:

Article 1. The main terms used in this agreement

1. In this agreement the following main terms and their determinations are used:

1) free warehouse - construction (room) within which according to this agreement the foreign goods and goods of custom union placed under customs procedure of free warehouse, and also other goods according to this agreement can take place and be used;

2) construction (room) - the building (its part), the complex of buildings equipped and the equipped territories and (or) the open areas which are under protection or having verification regime of access for physical persons.

2. The terms used in Article 18 of this agreement are applied in the values determined by the Agreement on the principles of collection of indirect taxes during the exporting and commodity import, performance of works, rendering services in custom union of January 25, 2008.
