Procedure for certification of persons (workers) who are engaged in practical medical or pharmaceutical activities

1. General provisions

1.1. This Procedure is prepared according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About public health care" and regulates certification process of persons (workers) who are engaged in practical medical or pharmaceutical activities (further - medical specialists).

1.2. For the purpose of the check of professional level and professional suitability of the medical specialists who are engaged in the Azerbaijan Republic in practical medical or pharmaceutical activities, having the higher and secondary vocational education and which are periodically taking in the appropriate order courses on advanced training they according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About public health care" once in five years are involved in certification.
