For the purpose of high-quality implementation of projects/programs of technical assistance in the field of the prevention of drug addiction and fight against drug trafficking financed by the foreign, international organizations or foreign states and also at the expense of means of internal donors, own means of the state or non-state non-profit organizations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, enhancement of coordination of activities and ensuring strict control of their accomplishment in the Republic of Uzbekistan the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for implementation of projects/programs of technical assistance in the field of the prevention of drug addiction and fight against drug trafficking financed by the foreign, international organizations or foreign states, and also other legal entities according to appendix.
2. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan to inform the international financial and economic institutions, the foreign government organizations, representations and branches of the international and foreign non-state non-profit organizations this Provision.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
