2. To heads of territorial authorities of Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation to finish the established minimum price of the ethyl alcohol from food raw materials made in the territory of the Russian Federation to executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation.
3. I reserve control of execution of this order.
