About the National program of informatization
This Law determines the general principles of forming, accomplishment and korrigirovaniye of the National program of informatization.
In this Law the stated below terms and concepts are used in the following value:
the database - the referred to as data set reflecting provision of objects and their relations in certain subject domain;
the knowledge base - information array in the form suitable for logical and semantic processing by the corresponding program methods;
