For the purpose of implementation of decrees of Provisional Government of the Kyrgyz Republic about nationalization and according to the Decree of Provisional Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of April 7, 2010 No. 1 the Provisional Government of the Kyrgyz Republic accepts this Decree:
1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for forced withdrawal of property.
2. Determine that in decrees of Provisional Government of the Kyrgyz Republic about nationalization nationalization of property is understood as forced withdrawal of property without the obligatory cost recovery of this property and other losses caused by its withdrawal.
On the separate objects which are compulsorily withdrawn in property of the state by decrees of Provisional Government of the Kyrgyz Republic about nationalization return of the sum of money paid by the owner of compulsorily withdrawn property in case of its acquisition can be provided.
3. Determine that regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic are effective in the part which is not contradicting this Decree.
4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
