Based on Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 19, 1999 "About some measures for price stabilization (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 285
1. Establish limiting maximum rates for long-distance motor transportations of passengers, baggage and (or) hand luggage in the regular message according to appendix.
2. Determine that:
2.1. the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing long-distance motor transportations of passengers, baggage and (or) hand luggage in the regular message taking into account market situation independently establish specific rates for long-distance motor transportations of passengers (including children aged from five up to ten years), baggage and (or) hand luggage which shall not exceed the extreme maximum level of rates, the application to this resolution installed in Items 1-3;
2.2. the carriage charge of the passenger is calculated multiplication of the applied rates for distance of trip and is rounded according to the legislation;
2.3. the carriage charge of baggage and (or) hand luggage is calculated multiplication of the applied rates for distance of its transportation and is rounded according to the legislation;
2.4. the rates provided in Items 1-3 of appendix to this resolution are established including tax on value added.
3. Recognize invalid:
