2. Recognize to invalid:
1) the order of the Chairman of Committee of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 7, 2003 No. 6 "About approval of Rules of visit by citizens of the organizations performing punishments, pre-trial detention centers" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 2135).
2) the order of the Acting Chairman of Committee of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 12, 2005 No. 135 "About entering of amendments and changes into the order of the Chairman of Committee of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 7, 2003 No. 6 "About approval of Rules of visit by citizens of the organizations performing punishments" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 3913, No. 222 published in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper of November 30, 2005 (956).
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the chairman of Committee of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after the first official publication.
