General requirements of industrial safety

(as amended of the Order of the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 21.10.2009 No. 244)

Part 2

Chapter 1. Equipment

Paragraph 1. General requirements

1. The design of the equipment corresponds to GOST 12.2.003 "Production equipment. General requirements of safety" and GOST 12.2.007.0 "Products electrotechnical. General requirements of safety".

Metalworking machines correspond to GOST 12.2.009 "Machines metalworking. General requirements of safety", woodworking machines - GOST 12.2.026.0 "The equipment woodworking. General requirements of safety to design".

2. Stationary machines are established on the bases or the bases, colors alarm and signs of safety" are verified, fixed and painted according to ST of RK state standard specification P 12.4.026-2002 ".

The equipment (machines) which is again installed or left capital repairs is entered into work after acceptance by its commission and creation of the acceptance act.

Operation of the equipment after running repair is allowed after check by control his face.

3. Appointment of governing bodies is specified in the texts which are near them or is designated by symbols according to GOST 12.4.040 "Symbols of governing bodies of production equipment. Designations".

Limbs, scales, texts and symbols are carried out nonerasable, read at distance at least 500 mm.

4. Bodies of manual control of the equipment are carried out and located so that use of them was convenient, did not lead to jamming and natalkivaniye of hand on other controls and parts of the equipment with exception accidental impact on these bodies.

5. All types of devices (conductors, cartridges, faceplates, magnetic plates, mandrels and others) correspond to GOST 12.2.029 "Devices machine. General requirements of safety".

Protective barriers correspond to GOST 12.2.062 "Production equipment. Barriers protective".

Work at the defective equipment, with the defective or not fixed barriers it is not allowed.

6. Repair the equipment and replace working bodies (knives, saws, abrasive circles and others), without disassembly of the electric circuit and closing of gates on supply of oil, vapor, air, water and similar it is not allowed to that.

7. In places for connection to power network of figurative electroreceivers of current the texts specifying tension of network and sort of current are carried out.

8. Installation of the plug sockets and forks which are not corresponding to tension of network is not allowed.

9. Apply knife switches of open type or with cuts in casings for the handle or knives it is not allowed.

10. Current carrying parts of the equipment are isolated or protected or placed in places, unavailable to people. Metal parts of the equipment which can appear energized are grounded (zanulena) according to requirements to the device of electroinstallations.

11. In portable workshops electric equipment metal is connected to van body, connected to protective grounding of the feeding electroinstallation.

12. The transfers (belt, chain, gear, and others) located out of cases of the equipment and representing danger of injuring of people have barriers (continuous, with blinds, with openings) with devices (handles, brackets and to that similar) for convenient and their safe opening, removal, movement and installation.

13. Internal surfaces of the doors, in barriers closing moving elements of the equipment (on example, gear wheels, pulleys) to which access for adjustment, change of belts and to that similar is periodically necessary, are painted in yellow alarm color.

If the specified moving elements are closed by removable protective barriers (covers, casings), then the surfaces turned to driving elements are subject to coloring in yellow color fully or partially.

From the outer side of barriers the warning safety sign on ST of RK state standard specification 12.4.026-2002 "Colors alarm and signs of safety" is put (equilateral triangle of yellow color top up with black bordering and black exclamation mark in the middle). Under sign the plate by the specified GOST with the explaining text "Is established in case of the switched-on equipment not to open!".

In case of the increased danger of injuring the protective barriers (opening and removable) have the blocking which automatically is switching-off the machine in case of their opening. At the same time requirements about coloring of the specified surfaces in yellow alarm color and drawing from the outer side of the warning sign of safety remain.

14. The equipment is provided with devices (screens) protecting the personnel which are close from impact of dangerous production factors.

In case of impossibility on specifications of use of protection devices to use protective equipment.

15. Barriers, dischargeable more often than 1 time in change have the weight no more than 6 kg and fixture without application of keys and screw-drivers. Barriers of the opening type in case of the established movement move with effort no more than 40 N.

16. Barriers do not limit technological capabilities of the equipment and do not cause inconvenience during the work, cleaning, adjustment, to pollution by lubricant cooling liquid, are supplied with handles, brackets for convenience of opening, closing, renting, movement and installation.

Fixture of barriers, excludes self-opening cases. The devices supporting barrier abroach hold it in this provision.

17. In case of performance of work the personnel are on wooden trellised flooring with distance between levels no more than 30 mm. In cases when work is allowed to be carried out sitting, the workplace corresponds to GOST 12.2.032 "Workplace in case of performance of works sitting. General ergonomic requirements".

18. In production schedules the main and auxiliary devices and tools, protection devices, transport and load-lifting means, methods providing safe operation are specified.

19. The equipment is equipped with the individual lifting device for installation of procurements weighing more than 8 kg, tools and devices, nodes weighing more than 20 kg. The lifting device holds load in any provision, in case of interruption in supply of the electric power, oil, air. For installation of elements weighing more than 25 kg general lifting means are used.

20. The procurements processed on machines or details reliably are fixed.

21. The equipment is switched-off from the power supply, the introduction switch of manual action placed in the place, safe and convenient for servicing, in case of interruption in supply of the electric power, during the fixing or installation, removal, nodes, details during the cleaning and lubricant, cleaning work stoppages.

22. Width of passes and drives, distance between the equipment and elements of buildings is established depending on the used equipment, vehicles, the processed procurements and materials.

23. The workplace is kept clean and it is not allowed to encumber.

On workplaces the square on which racks, container, tables and other devices for placement of the equipment, materials, procurements, semifinished products, ready details and production wastes are located is provided.

24. Illumination level on workplace conforms to requirements Construction Norms and Regulations of PK 2.04-05-2002 "Natural and artificial lighting".

25. Removal of metal shaving is made by hooks, brushes. Remove shaving hands do not allow.

26. The equipment is supplied with local illumination of zone of work with fixing of lamps in required position.

Tension for food of local lighting with glow lamps no more than 42 Volts.

It is allowed to apply food of 127 or 220 Volts provided that lamps have no the current carrying parts available to accidental touches.

27. In the plant container corresponds to GOST 12.3.010 "In plant container. Safety requirements in case of operation".

28. The container is established on the platforms designated by lines or protected.

29. Means of mechanization for movement of container choose according to GOST 14.308 "Rule of the choice of means of mechanization and automation of processes of movement of piece loads".

When moving container by machines or mechanisms with fork or telescopic grips it is placed on load gripping devices steadily, without overweight on the party.

Container shift out of limits of length of the bearing area of capture no more than 1/3 lengths of the bearing area of container.

Weight gross container no more than load-carrying capacity of the lifting mechanism taking into account arrangement of the center of gravity of container on capture.

The laid load is lower than the level of boards of container on 10 cm.

On container its appointment, accession number, accessory, weight gross is specified.

30. The container weight gross more than 50 kg is exposed to periodic survey (engineering certification) before its operation, every 6 months and after repair.

31. The container moved with hoisting machines and mechanisms to which Rules for the Construction and Safe Operation of the hoisting cranes approved by Gosgortekhnadzor of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 21, 1994 extend is exposed to periodic survey at least 1 time a month.

32. In case of periodic survey the container is checked for GOST 19822 compliance "In plant container. Specifications", lack of cracks, depreciation and curvatures in gripping devices for strapping; operability of the fixing and locking devices of container; marking availability on container.

33. Results of periodic survey are registered engineering certification of container (appendix 1).

Paragraph 2. General requirements to the woodworking equipment

34. At woodworking machines working part of the cutting tools (saws, mills, knife heads and to that similar) is closed automatically by the operating barrier opening during passing of the processed material or the tool only for its omission according to dimensions of the processed material on height and width.

Motionless barriers are allowed to be applied when the possibility of contact of the machine operator with the cutting tool put in action is excluded.

35. If the complete barrier of the cutting tool is not provided in design of the machine, then its non-working part is protected.

Barriers of non-working part of the cutting tools are allowed to be used as devices for catching and the direction of waste in devices for their removal.

36. Barriers of the cutting tools which open or removed for replacement and editing of the tool are blocked with starting and brake mechanisms.

The opened or easily dischargeable barriers of the chain, belt, tooth and friction gears conducting and the conducted asterisks of chain transporters are blocked with starting arrangements.

The interlock excludes possibility of launch of the equipment in case of the open or removed barriers, provides complete stop of engines of drives in case of opening of barriers or their parts or excludes possibility of opening of barriers in operating time.

Installation of barrier into position does not cause spontaneous launch of the machine; launch of the machine is performed only from governing body.

37. Process of waste disposal of wood from woodworking machines is mechanized.

When processing the wood having humidity no more than 20% pneumotransport installations are applied to removal of sawdust, shavings and dust.

38. Materials, procurements and products at machines and workplaces are laid in feet (stacks, packets) no more than 1700 mm high from floor.

The surface of desktops is 800 mm higher than floor level.

39. When processing procurements more than 2 m long in front of and behind the machine support in the form of supports or tables with rollers for giving and cleaning of ready material are established.

40. In case of impossibility of use of devices for suction of waste directly from zone of cutting of machines during the work goggles are applied to protection of eyes against sawdust.

41. When processing material with cracks, knots and kososloy the feed rate decreases. In case of automatic material feed to bring closer hands to zone of the offering rollers it is not allowed.

Paragraph 3. Machines of turning group for metal working

42. In the universal machines intended for processing of procurements with a diameter up to 630 mm inclusive the zone of processing is protected with the protection device (screen). From outside, opposite to workplace, in this zone the screen is also established.

43. Tightening cartridges of universal turning and tokarnorevolverny machines have the barriers which are easily taken away for installation and removal of procurement not limiting technological capabilities of machines.

44. In the turning and carousel machines the faceplate has the barrier which is not complicating them servicing.

In case of arrangement of the upper plane of the faceplate at the height more than 700 mm from floor it has the continuous moved barrier of this plane 50 - 100 mm higher than level and in addition removable boards 400500 mm high.

In case of faceplate plane arrangement at the height less than 700 mm from floor it has stationary barrier in the form of rim. Its top is located at the level of bottom of T-shaped grooves of the faceplate at distance at least 100 mm from it. On barrier removable guards of the G-shaped form which horizontal shelf reaches (with gap) to the periphery of the faceplate, and vertical - to floor are established. In case of arrangement of the lower edge of the periphery of the faceplate higher than 200 mm from floor G-shaped guards are allowed be not to established. Application of barrier (it is admissible chain) 1000 mm high and more is allowed. At the same time are provided convenient movement (when loading and unloading procurements) and reliable fixing of barrier in operating time of the machine.

45. The cases of the devices clamping the processed detail fixed on faceplates of the turning and carousel machines are kept on faceplates by means of tough emphasis and in addition by friction force created by fixing screws.

46. The limiters preventing fall of clutches from the rotating faceplates are provided in faceplates of the carousel machines.

47. Prutkovy turning automatic machines and prutkovy capstan lathes have on all length of rods of barrier, supplied with the noise-absorbing device. When barriers in the form of the directing pipes rotating together with rods or when rods from the back party support limits of barriers, prutkovy shop from top surface on arch at least 1800 are used it is protected on all length of rods with the protection device.

48. The device located outside of the machine for giving of rods has the barrier which is not complicating access to it.

49. Universal machines in case of accomplishment on them prutkovy works are equipped with the device protecting rod from back part of spindle. Work with the rod supporting the protecting device it is not allowed.

50. The Prutkovy material given for processing on machines has no curvature.

51. When fixing detail in the cam boss or use of faceplates the detail is taken cams at perhaps big length. After fixing of detail cams do not support from the boss or the faceplate limits of their outer diameter. If cams act, the boss is replaced or the barrier is established.

52. In case of installation of the boss or the faceplate on spindle under them on the machine wooden laying with dredging in form of the boss (faceplate) is enclosed.

53. Screw together cartridge (faceplate) sudden braking of spindle does not allow. Screwing together of the boss (faceplate) blows of cams about support is allowed only in case of its manual rotation; in this case supports with long handles are applied.

54. It is allowed to fix in the cam boss without subtime by the center of the back grandma only short, no more than two diameters long, balanced details; in other cases for subtime the back grandma is used.

55. When processing in the centers of details length equal to 12 diameters and more, in case of high-speed and power cutting of details length equal to 8 diameters and more, uses additional support (lunettes).

56. When processing details in the centers at first fixing of the back grandma is checked and after installation of detail the center is greased. In the course of work it is necessary to grease periodically the back center, and when turning long details the axial clip is checked.

57. Cutters are fixed with minimum possible departure from reztsederzhatel (the departure no more than in 1,5 of time exceeds cutter derzhavka height) and at least than two bolts. The cutting edge of cutter is exposed on axis of the processed detail.

For the correct installation of cutters concerning axis of the centers and reliability of their fixture in support the polished laying corresponding to the linear sizes of basic part of derzhavka of cutters is used.

58. In case of putting on of the faceplate for the end of spindle, it is cleared of shaving and pollution.

59. When processing the viscous metals (staly) giving drain tape shaving cutters with vykruzhka, superimposed struzhkolomatel or struzhkozavivatel are applied. When processing brittle metals (cast iron, bronze and others) and formation of finely crushed steel shaving protection devices are used: struzhkootvodchik, transparent screens or individual guards (for protection of person).

60. During the work on the machine it is not allowed:

1) to use tightening cartridges if the working planes of cams are worn-out;

2) to work in case of high-speed cutting with the unrotative center of the back grandma;

3) to work with the worked or hammered centers;

4) to work without fixing of the boss with the crackers preventing self-unscrewing in case of reverse;

5) to slow down rotation of spindle pressing of hand the rotating parts of the machine or detail;

To leave 6) in capstan the tool which is not used when processing this detail;

7) to be between detail and the machine in case of installation of detail on the machine;

8) to hold with hands the end of the cut-off heavy detail or procurement;

9) to put details, the tool and other objects on bed of the machine and cover of the front grandma;

10) to pledge and give hand to spindle the processed rod in case of the switched-on machine;

11) to measure the processed detail (bracket, caliber, large-scale line, caliper, micrometer and to that similar) to stop of the machine, withdrawal of support and capstan on safe distance;

12) to sharpen short cutters without the corresponding mandrel.

61. During the changing of support, installation and removal of details and the tool, manual handling of detail (cleaning, polishing), elimination of beating capstan and support with the tool it is taken away on safe distance. When cleaning products on the machine the skin or powder apply clamping blocks.

Paragraph 4. Machines of milling group for metal working

62. In universal milling machines console and with cross table 320 mm wide and more, in all milling machines with program control transaction of fixing of the tool is mechanized. Governing bodies of the drive for fixing of the tool are located conveniently.

63. In horizontally milling machines and vertically milling machines height of no more 2,5 of m back part of spindle together with the acting end of the screw for fixing of the tool, the end of milling mandrel acting from support are protected with quick-detachable casings.

64. In universal milling machines console and with cross table up to 630 mm wide spindle stop time (without tool) after its switching off no more than 6 seconds.

65. In case of high-speed milling barriers and devices for catching and removal of shaving (the special struzhkootvodchik which are catching and taking away shaving in struzhkosbornik), transparent screens or individual remedies (points, guards) are applied.

66. On vertically milling machines for fixing of mills mechanical devices are used (the ramrod, shtrevela and others). The devices providing convenient and safe access to the specified devices when changing the tool are provided in designs of these machines.

67. Copy boring-and-milling and milling machines have trailer switches for switching off of milling and drilling carriages in the established provisions.

68. The drive to the grandma of rezbofrezerny machines is protected.

69. The design of combined mills provides reliable fixture of teeths or plates from solid alloy in the mill case, their excluding loss in operating time. Before installation of mill integrity and correctness of sharpening of plates are checked.

Use the plates having выкрошившиеся places, cracks, prizhog, the cutting tool with the blunted edges it is not allowed.

70. In case of installation and change of mills on the machine the devices preventing cuts of hands are used.

71. The processed details and devices adjoining to basic and fixing surfaces before installation on the machine clear of shaving and oil for ensuring the correct installation and durability of fixture.

72. The spindle opening, shaft of mandrel or mill, the surface of the transitional plug before installation in spindle is cleared and wiped, zaboina are eliminated. In case of installation of shaft of the tool it sits down in spindle opening densely, without side play.

73. The detail gains a foothold in the places which are as it is possible closer to the processed surface. In case of fixture of detail vice and devices with notch on clamping sponges are applied to the raw surfaces.

74. When using for fixing of details of pneumatic, hydraulic and electromagnetic devices to preserve against mechanical damages of tube of air supply or liquid, electrical wiring.

75. After installation and fixing of mill to check radial and face beating which is allowed by no more 0,1 of mm.

76. When changing of the processed detail or its measurement the machine is stopped, the cutting tool is taken away on safe distance.

77. In case of installation of mills on mandrel their teeths are located in chessboard order.

78. Work on the machine is performed in case of the protected mill. In case of lack of barrier of the working area work is performed using goggles, guards.

79. During the operation of the machine to save shaving on mill and mandrel it is not allowed. To delete shaving from the rotating mill with brushes with the handle at least 250 mm long.

80. Elastic laying is applied to maintenance of mill in case of its beating from spindle. Support mill by the unprotected hand it is not allowed.

81. The milling mandrel or mill is fixed in spindle by key only after inclusion of box of speeds in order to avoid spindle provorachivaniye. Clamp and wring out mill the key on mandrel by turning on of the electric motor does not allow.

Leave key on head of long bolt after installation of mill or mandrel it is not allowed.

Paragraph 5. Machines of strogatelny, grooving and lingering groups for metal working

82. Longitudinally planing machines for prevention of emission of table have brake, shock-absorbing or restrictive mechanisms.

83. Cross and planing and slotters with the ram course more than 200 mm, longitudinally planing are equipped with devices of automatic withdrawal of reztsederzhatel when idling.

84. Cross and planing machines are equipped with struzhkosbornik and the screen preventing scattering of shaving out of limits of struzhkosbornik.

85. The device excluding spontaneous lowering of the ram after switching off of the machine is provided in slotters.

86. Slotters with the mechanical (kulisny) drive of the ram are equipped with the blocking which is not allowing to switch the speed of dolbyak (cutter) in case of the working machine.

87. On slotters raising of pillow of dolbyak when idling is automated, except for machines with the course of the ram of 100 - 200 mm.

88. Vertically lingering machines for internal drawing have the barrier protecting working from injuries in case of loss of broach from the boss of the returnable mechanism.

89. Over broach exit zone from procurement on horizontally lingering machines the folding screen with observation port protecting working from the flying-away shaving and possible injuring with their pieces of broach in case of its gap is established.

90. The support supporting them on broach entrance to procurement and exit from it are provided in the horizontally lingering machines working with broaches weighing more than 8 kg. On machines adaptation providing the mechanized return of broach to starting position after the working course is provided.

91. In case of installation of the processed detail on the machine and removal its table or the ram is taken away on the maximum distance from support.

92. Before installation of procurement on the machine it is necessary to wipe it and the surface of the fixing devices, is checked operability of reztsederzhatelny head.

93. The established procurement does not touch racks or support during the operation of the machine. Correctness of installation of detail on small machines is checked by movement of table or the ram manually, and for large - by means of large-scale line (if it is impossible manually).

94. The processed details are fixed by fasteners (bolts, clamping levels, emphasis). Emphasis perceives efforts of cutting.

95. Check the hand sharpness and operability of cutter during the operation of the machine does not allow.

96. Throw back cutter hands during the single (return) course of the machine do not allow.

97. The established cutters are correctly ground and have no cracks and breaks.

98. In case of slotting in emphasis sufficient exit for cutter and shaving is left.

99. Adjustment and fixture of cams of the limiter of the course is made after switching off of the machine and the termination of movement of its parts.

100. In operating time of the machine to clear and correct the cutting tool, devices and the processed details it is not allowed.

101. During the work with long broaches on horizontally lingering machines moving lunettes are applied.

102. Work at the two-columned vertically lingering machine to two workers it is not allowed. In case of installation of detail on one of columns to be at another it is not allowed.

Paragraph 6. Machines of drilling and boring groups for metal working

103. All details intended for processing, except for especially heavy are established in the corresponding devices (vice, conductors and to that similar) fixed on table (plate) of the boring machine and fasten in them. Devices are used to fixture of thin sheet metal (hydraulic, lever and others).

To table of the machine vice to fix the bolts corresponding to the table groove size; fixture of details by clamping levels, emphasis and to that similar is allowed.

104. Installation and removal of the processed details in operating time of the machine are allowed when using the position devices (rotary tables of conveyors and others) ensuring complete safety of work. Machines are equipped with the devices returning spindle in starting position after its giving. In the absence of the specified equipment installation and removal of details is made after shutdown and complete stop of the machine.

105. When fixing the tool in spindle by means of wedges, screws, levels and other devices these elements do not support spindle limits. In case of impossibility of accomplishment of this requirement the surface of the specified elements is closed by the protection device.

106. Insert or take out drill or other tool from spindle before complete cessation of its rotation it is not allowed.

Delete drills from spindle with wedge which it is not allowed to leave in spindle groove.

107. Use on machines the tool with the hammered or worn-out cones and shafts - is not allowed.

108. In operating time of the machine to check hand sharpness of the cutting edges of the tool, depth of opening and exit of drill from opening in detail, to cool drills with the wet ends or rag it is not allowed.

109. Shaving from the drilled openings is removed by hydraulic method, magnets, metal hooks and by other methods after stop of the machine and withdrawal of the tool.

110. Openings in viscous metals are drilled by spiral drills with struzhkodrobilny channels.

111. The hammers and drifts made of material from which particles in case of blow do not separate are used to renting of the tool.

112. It is not allowed to bring in operating time the pipeline of emulsion chilling to the tool or to make its fixture, readjustment of the machine.

113. Work at boring machines in mittens it is not allowed. Installation and removal of large-size details is made in mittens after machine stop.

Paragraph 7. Machines of detachable group for metal working

114. Detachable kruglopilny machines from the front party are equipped with the moved aside, folding, or removable screen protecting working from the shaving which is flying away when cutting.

The non-working site of saw of the detachable kruglopilny machine is protected.

115. Detachable kruglopilny machines are equipped with devices for automatic cleaning of hollows of teeths of shaving in operating time.

116. Tape and detachable machines have barrier of the cutting cloth on all length, except for the site in cutting zone.

Pulleys of tape and detachable cloth are protected on circle and from lateral faces.

117. Tape and detachable machines are equipped with the device preventing injuring by the cutting cloth in case of its gap.

118. In detachable machines of the device for material support (from which it is made piece) and the cut-off procurements exclude fall of material and procurements.

119. Front part of saw frame of hacksaw saw does not go beyond end face of sleeve of the machine or is protected with the protection device.

120. Cutting wheels of abrasive and detachable machines are protected with protection covers, the corresponding GOST 12.3.028 "Processing by the abrasive and elborovy tool. Safety requirements". At external end face of casings it is provided conveniently removed or opening covers which are reliably fixed in working provision.

121. Edges of casings of detachable saws and circles, tape saws at zone of their disclosure, internal surfaces of casings are painted in yellow alarm color.

122. The design of pylezabornik of abrasive and detachable machines provides effective capture of the spark torch departing from cutting zone.

The design of pylezabornik and the air duct departing from him to the aspirator provides possibility of convenient cleaning them from the deposit which is formed in case of contact of the heated metal particles with internal surfaces of pylezabornik and air duct.

Abrasive and detachable machines are completed with individual aspirators. In case of application in the aspirator of fabric filters flame-proofing textile fabric or on the site of absorption in front of the device the iskroulavlivatel is established.

123. When sharpening round saws concentricity of tops of all teeths concerning axis of rotation of disk remains. Sharpening of saws is made according to instructions of manufacturing plant.

124. Apply round saws with cracks on disk or teeths, with two in a row the broken-out teeths, with the erose or disappeared from teeths plates from quick cutting steel or solid alloy, vypuchinama on disk and with teeths, prizhzhenny when sharpening, it is not allowed.

125. Establish on machines saw disks with diameter of opening there is more than diameter of shaft (spindle), and also apply plug-in rings (plugs) to reduction of diameter of opening in disk it is not allowed.

126. The cloth of tape saw is ground and has no cracks, is made buldge out, longitudinal sinuosity, bending of back edge, sinks from corrosion and to that similar.

127. In operating time of the machine to stand in the plane of rotation of disk of saw, to push out shaving from disk segments in case of its rotation, to support by hands the cut-off end of procurement is not allowed.

128. When machining metals cutting on metal-cutting machines observes GOST 12.3.025 "Processing of metals by cutting. Safety requirements".

129. Guillotine scissors for cutting of sheet metal are supplied:

1) the table established at the level of motionless knife;

2) the directing and safety lines allowing to see the place of section;

3) regulated emphasis for restriction of submission of the cut sheet;

4) mechanical or hydraulic clips for fixing of the cut metal;

5) the safety devices blocked with triggers and excluding possibility of hit of fingers of the hands working under knives and clips.

130. The cylindrical clips of guillotine scissors established in front of the protecting (protective) device of zone of knives are closed on circle by the barriers regulated on height depending on thickness of the cut material.

131. Narrow strips which cannot be pressed by clips, cut it is not allowed.

132. Guillotine scissors are equipped with the locked disconnecting devices for shutdown of the electric motor in idle time or work stoppage of scissors.

133. Designs of scissors and safety devices do not allow spontaneous lowering of the upper knife.
