About Council for business development and investments under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of ensuring effective dialogue of the state and business community concerning improvement of business environment and the investment climate the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Form Council for business development and investments under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on Council for business development and investments under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. Declare invalid the order of Provisional Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of April 30, 2010 No. 300 VP "About creation of Coordination council on interaction of the state and business under Provisional Government of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning social and economic development of the Kyrgyz Republic".
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of economy and investments of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
