2. Recommend to executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation to approve within 2 months the list of actions for energy saving and increase in energy efficiency concerning common property of owners of rooms in the apartment house according to the principles established by this resolution.

3. Charge to the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation to perform consultations concerning use of the principles approved by this resolution.
