1. Approve Regulations on order of registration and conducting registration accounting of persons of no fixed abode it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 17, 2010.

Regulations on order of registration and conducting registration accounting of persons of no fixed abode

1. This Provision determines order of registration and conducting registration accounting of persons of no fixed abode in the territory of the Republic of Belarus by the place of their stay.

2. For the purposes of this provision the following terms and determinations are used:

persons of no fixed abode – the citizens of the Republic of Belarus, stateless persons which do not have the registration at the place of residence or the place of stay in the Republic of Belarus which lost socially useful and family relations which are engaged in vagrancy and (or) begging, and also not having permanent source of the income and means of livelihood;

Items of registration and registration accounting of persons of no fixed abode – the centers (houses) of temporary stay of persons of no fixed abode, in case of lack of such centers (houses) – the places determined by the relevant local executive and administrative organs of basic territorial level;
