About Fund for management of the nationalized property of the Ministry of state-owned property of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of streamlining of acceptance of the nationalized objects in state-owned property, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides ensuring their safety, proper functioning and introduction of external management:
1. Form Fund for management of the nationalized property of the Ministry of state-owned property of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on Fund for management of the nationalized property of the Ministry of state-owned property of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. Determine that the director of Fund for management of the nationalized property of the Ministry of state-owned property of the Kyrgyz Republic is appointed the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic on representation of the minister of state-owned property of the Kyrgyz Republic and has the status of the deputy minister.
4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of October 29, 2009 No. 668 "About the Ministry of state-owned property of the Kyrgyz Republic" the following changes:
- in paragraph five of Item 2 of figure "125" to replace with figures "126";
- to replace the scheme of management of the Ministry of state-owned property of the Kyrgyz Republic with the enclosed scheme.
5. Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of state-owned property of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of October 29, 2009 No. 668, the following amendment:
- add Item 8 with the paragraph of the following content:
