About the Ministry of state-owned property of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Approve enclosed:

- Regulations on the Ministry of state-owned property of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- Regulations on the Property Relations Department of the Ministry of state-owned property of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- Regulations on Department for bankruptcy of the Ministry of state-owned property of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- scheme of management of the Ministry of state-owned property of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Establish:

- that the Ministry of state-owned property of the Kyrgyz Republic is legal successor of the State committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on management of state-owned property;

- that the Property Relations Department of the Ministry of state-owned property of the Kyrgyz Republic is legal successor of Fund of state-owned property under the State committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on management of state-owned property;

- that the Department for bankruptcy of the Ministry of state-owned property of the Kyrgyz Republic is legal successor of Management for bankruptcy under the State committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on management of state-owned property;

- the extreme number of staff of the Ministry of state-owned property of the Kyrgyz Republic in number of 126 people (without servicing and technicians).

3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of February 28, 2006 No. 130 "Questions of the State committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on management of state-owned property".

4. To the ministry of state-owned property of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.
