1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction.

2. Determine that the Ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation:

is the state customer and the operator of single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction;

performs coordination of activities for connection to single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction.

3. To the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation in 3-month time:

provide introduction of single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction in operation;

approve technical requirements to interaction of information systems in single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction and provide their publication in the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)".

4. And execution of the state functions in electronic form established by the Government of the Russian Federation to provide to federal executive bodies according to terms of realization of stages of transition to provision of the state services connection of the information systems used by provision of the state services and execution of the state functions to single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction according to the Provision approved by this resolution.

5. Recommend to public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation and local government bodies:

provide creation and functioning of regional systems of interdepartmental electronic interaction according to the Provision approved by this resolution;

determine operators of regional information systems of interdepartmental electronic interaction and take measures for the conclusion the specified operators of agreements according to Item 14 of the Provision approved by this resolution.
