About approval of Rules of tax exemption on commodity import value added in the Eurasian Economic Union and modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 23, 2008 No. 1229 and of January 26, 2009 No. 56

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of tax exemption on commodity import value added in the Eurasian Economic Union.

2. Bring the following changes and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 23, 2008 No. 1229 "About approval of Rules of tax exemption on commodity import value added":

in the Rules of tax exemption on value added of commodity import approved by the specified resolution:

in part two of Item 1 of the word of Republic of Kazakhstan shall be replaced with words "custom union";

in Item 3:
