c) to the Kaliningrad region and exported from the territory of the Kaliningrad region on other part of the territory of the Russian Federation;

d) intended for official use by diplomatic representations, consular establishments, other official representations of the Russian Federation abroad;

e) the military forming of the Russian Federation intended for ensuring activities which are in the territories of foreign states;

e) intended for ensuring organization activity of the Russian Federation, located in Baikonur (Republic of Kazakhstan) and in the territory of the Baikonur complex;

g) the Russian and affreighted by Russian persons courts intended for ensuring activities, performing:

fishery outside the territorial sea of the Russian Federation;

research works outside the territorial sea of the Russian Federation;

h) intended for ensuring organization activity of the Russian Federation on Svalbard archipelago;

i) the accidents and catastrophic crashes intended for mitigation of consequences, natural disasters, including for rendering the international humanitarian assistance;

j) for office use.

2. This resolution extends to the legal relationship which arose since August 15, 2010.
