1. Approve Regulations on control of the President of Ukraine of activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military forming it (is applied).
2. Declare invalid the Presidential decree of Ukraine of January 30, 2007 No. 49 "About question of ensuring control of the President of Ukraine of activities of military forming".
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.

1. This Provision determines procedure of control of the President of Ukraine of activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military forming (further - control).
2. The main forms of control are:
inspection - comprehensive study of condition of object of control, its structural divisions;
check - studying of single questions of activities of object of control, its structural divisions.
Control is exercised according to plans of control of activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military forming which affirm the President of Ukraine.
3. The purpose of control is determination of capability of object of control, its structural divisions to perform tasks to destination and to compliance of their activities of the Constitution of Ukraine, the laws of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the decisions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine enacted by presidential decrees of Ukraine.
