About strengthening of control of activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military forming
For the purpose of strengthening of control of activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military forming and according to Items 1 and 17 of part one of article 106 of the Constitution of Ukraine, article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About democratic civil control over Military organization and law enforcement agencies of the state" I decide:
1. Approve Regulations on control of the President of Ukraine of activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military forming it (is applied).
Articles 2 and 3 of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of August 13, 2010 No. 815 "About ensuring control of activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military forming";
The presidential decree of Ukraine of September 27, 2010 No. 917 "About approval of the Regulations on control of the President of Ukraine of activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military forming";
The presidential decree of Ukraine of February 26, 2013 No. 91 "About modification of Presidential decrees of Ukraine of August 13, 2010 No. 815 and of September 27, 2010 No. 917";
Items 7 and 8 of Article 1 of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of December 16, 2014 No. 934 "About modification of some presidential decrees of Ukraine".
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
