About establishment of rates of export (export) seasonal customs duties on the goods which are exported from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic

According to article 9 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About customs tariff of the Kyrgyz Republic" and for the purpose of stabilization of situation in domestic market the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Establish rates of export (export) seasonal customs duties on the goods which are exported from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

2. Apply rates of export (export) seasonal customs duties to the goods which are exported from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic irrespective of the country of destination.

3. To the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, Public service of financial police of the Kyrgyz Republic, to Border troops of Public service of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the necessary measures directed to suppression of illicit export (export) of the goods specified in appendix to this Resolution.

4. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic to notify in accordance with the established procedure Integration committee of Eurasian economic community and Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on adoption of this Resolution.

5. To the ministry of economic regulation of the Kyrgyz Republic to notify in accordance with the established procedure Committee on protective measures of the World Trade Organization on adoption of this Resolution.

6. This Resolution becomes effective after one month from the date of official publication and is effective within 6 months.
