According to part eight of article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way or to terrorism financing" concerning bringing to permission of subjects of primary financial monitoring of the list of the faces tied with implementation of terrorist activities or concerning which the international sanctions are applied, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for bringing to permission of subjects of primary financial monitoring of the list of the faces tied with implementation of terrorist activities or concerning which the international sanctions which is applied are applied.

2. Approve the Instruction for entering of information into the list of faces tied with implementation of terrorist activities or concerning which the international sanctions which is applied are applied.

3. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of financial monitoring of Ukraine of 26.04.2006 N 84 "About approval of the Procedure for bringing to permission of subjects of primary financial monitoring of the list of the faces tied with implementation of terrorist activities", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 20.06.2006 for N 726/12600 (with changes).

4. To department of interaction and coordination of system of financial monitoring (Kovalchuk A. T.) together with Legal management (Gajewski I. M.) provide provision of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
