2. Approve the Instruction for entering of information into the list of faces tied with implementation of terrorist activities or concerning which the international sanctions are applied that is applied.
3. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of financial monitoring of Ukraine of August 27, 2010 No. 149 "About approval of the Procedure for bringing to data of subjects of primary financial monitoring of the list of the faces tied with implementation of terrorist activities or concerning which the international sanctions are applied", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 15, 2010 at No. 818/18113.
