Article 1. Approve the budget of state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus (further - Fund) for 2011 on expenses in the amount of 20 494 351 225 thousand rubles proceeding from the predicted amount of the income in the amount of 20 691 360 225 thousand rubles with excess of the income over expenses at the expense of means of professional pension insurance in the amount of 197 009 000 thousand rubles.

Article 2. Determine that in 2011:

1. Budget receipts of Fund constitute 20 691 360 225 thousand rubles according to appendix 1.

2. Budget receipts of Fund are created for the account:

2.1. fees on the national social insurance, including:

compulsory insurance premiums in Fund;

fees on professional pension insurance;

2.2. non-tax income, including:

the percent paid by banks for use of money;

returns on capitalization of temporarily available funds of the national social insurance;

the income from placement of fees on professional pension insurance;

administrative penalties for violation of the law about the national social insurance;

other receipts.

Article 3. Determine that in 2011 expenses of the budget of Fund in the amount of 20 494 351 225 thousand rubles are used on the purpose according to appendix 2.

Article 4. Determine that in 2011 the means received by bodies of Fund are enlisted in budget receipts of Fund:

for delivery of secondary resources and precious metals;
