About some measures for increase in efficiency of law-enforcement activities and judicial system in the Republic of Kazakhstan
For the purpose of implementation of Presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 17, 2010 No. 1039 "About measures for increase in efficiency of law-enforcement activities and judicial system in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and of September 22, 2010 No. 1066 "About some questions of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 17, 2010 No. 1039", the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Form:
1) Committee on execution of court resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan with its state uchrezhdeniyamiterritorialny bodies according to appendix 1 to this resolution;
2) Committee of migratory police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Abolish Committee on migration of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its public institutions - territorial authorities according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
3. Transfer the organizations which are under authority of Committee on migration of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan to maintaining the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 3 to this resolution.
4. Reorganize public institutions "Western department of internal affairs on transport", "The central department of internal affairs on transport" and "Southeast department of internal affairs on transport" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan by their merge into public institution "Department of internal affairs on transport" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
