Based on paragraph two of article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 16, 2003 No. 208-Z "About Chamber of Commerce and Industry" and for the purpose of optimization of conditions of implementation of economic activity in the Republic of Belarus, enhancement of procedure for issue of certificates of products by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (works, services) the self-produced Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for issue of certificates of products (works, services) of own production it (is applied).

2. To republican state bodies in two-month time from the date of entry into force of this resolution to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution and to take other measures for its realization.

3. Earlier made forms of certificates of products (works, services) of own production are applied by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry before their complete use.

4. The certificates of products (works, services) of own production issued by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry before entry into force of this resolution are valid before the expiration of their action or approach of circumstances in case of which such certificates are recognized invalid.

5. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
