1. Approve Regulations on databank on persons who are in the international wanted list for the purpose of issue it (is applied).
2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the State boundary committee in six-months time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution and to take other measures for its realization.
3. This resolution becomes effective in six months after its official publication, except for Item 2 and this Item which become effective after its official publication.
