About procedure of payments of payments in case of payment by installments of payment of the alienable property which is in property of the Republic of Belarus

Based on part five of Item 72 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 14, 2006 "About procedure for the order state-owned property" the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 575

1. Determine that:

1.1. in case of payment of the buildings, constructions, rooms, incomplete structures, the devices which are in property of the Republic of Belarus (further - property) sold with payment payment by installments, the size of initial payment shall constitute at least 30 percent of selling price of property taking into account earlier deposited amount of deposit;

1.2. the payment due date of initial payment shall not exceed 30 calendar days from the date of the conclusion of the purchase and sale agreement;

1.3. the remained amount is paid monthly during the term for which payment by installments, but no more than one year from the date of the conclusion of the purchase and sale agreement, since the month following after month in which the initial payment according to the purchase and sale agreement shall be made is provided;

1.4. the monthly amounts of payment by installments specified in the purchase and sale agreement are indexed proceeding from price index of producers of industrial output of technological appointment which are calculated and published by National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus;

1.5. the monthly payment is made within five working days from the date of publication of price indexes of producers of industrial output of technological appointment;

1.6. if the last day of payment of monthly payment falls on output (festive) day, then the payment is paid to the first working day following behind this output (festive) day;
