1. Determine that:

1.1. in case of payment of the capital structures (buildings, constructions) which are in property of the Republic of Belarus, including unregistered in accordance with the established procedure, the isolated rooms, parking places, the incomplete preserved capital structures, other real estate, the incomplete not preserved capital structures, shares in the right of common property on them (further - property) sold with payment payment by installments, the size of initial payment shall constitute at least 30 percent of selling price of property taking into account earlier deposited amount of deposit if such is paid;

1.2. the payment due date of initial payment shall not exceed 30 calendar days from the date of the conclusion of the purchase and sale agreement;

1.3. the remained amount is paid with monthly equal shares during the term for which payment by installments, since the month following after month in which the initial payment according to the purchase and sale agreement shall be made is provided;
